Car parks

To fully enjoy the festival, public transport is the best choice!

Due to the expected traffic in Vevey, in order to avoid traffic jams and parking problems, the use of public transport is recommended. The CFF/SBB and regional public transport companies allow you to travel to and from the Fête des Vignerons without having to worry about parking and in complete safety.

However, paid parking will be available north of the city, near the Vevey motorway exit. A shuttle bus service will connect the car parks to downtown Vevey. This service is included in the price of the parking ticket.

Schedule of shuttles

Before the 18th of July:

July 16th: from 6:30pm to 01:30am

July 17: 2:30pm to 9:30pm

From the 18th of July:

From the car parks to the city: Every morning from 8:30am

From the city to the car parks:

  • Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays: 3h30am
  • Weekdays: 1h30am

The car parks are located at Vevey motorway exits, in the Veyre area. Please follow the signs and instructions of the staff on site.

In order to optimise vehicle flows and your comfort on site, you can buy your parking ticket online for CHF 20. The price for the purchase on site is CHF 30.

Downtown Vevey will be closed to all traffic 2 hours before and 2 hours after performances whose scheduled times are at:

  • 11.00 am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays
  • 9 pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
  • 2 pm on August 1st, 2019.

Parking spaces for bicycles and motorised two-wheeled vehicles are provided around the perimeter of the Festival.

Specific information for Vevey residents and merchants is available on the «Vivre à Vevey». page (in French).
