Fête des Vignerons 2019 Terms and Conditions
Rules of the organizer regarding security, execution and general conditions.
If these Terms and Conditions are translated into other languages, solely the French version will be legally binding.
This list is non-exhaustive and may change as requested by the organisers and/or the competent authorities.
General information
To avoid dangers in general, the Festival is likely to conduct personal effects checks and security pat downs to ensure that prohibited items are not brought into the arena.
Items that are prohibited (list below) must be placed in the bag check near the arena before the performances. Objects whose possession requires a permit in accordance with current federal legislation are returned to the authorities if the holder of this object does not have a valid permit.
A random search may be carried out at the entrance. Consequently, access to the perimeter of the Festival and/or the arena will be denied to persons who do not submit to a check or refuse to deposit prohibited items, without the right to a refund.
Each ticket holder must be able to prove his or her identity.
Ticket information
Each person wishing to access a show must have a valid ticket, regardless of age. The ticket must be kept until the ticket holder exits the arena and presented on request. Ticket verification is carried out by electronically reading the barcode on the ticket, which must therefore be kept in a safe place, must not be wrinkled and/or cut, and/or damaged.
If your ticket has been downloaded directly to your smartphone, check that the texts embedded in the images are readable. The organiser declines all responsibility in the event that the electronic version of the ticket cannot be read. We recommend that you carry a printed version of the ticket with you.
Entry to the Arena is through the door indicated on the ticket, except for people with reduced mobility who will be welcomed northwest of the Arena (entrance F+G)
Any ticket issued will not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Deferral, cancellation, refund
In the event of cancellation of the show due to advers weather conditions (including heat waves) and/or force majeure during the first 90 minutes of the show, a postponement date will be announced. Beyond these 90 minutes, the show is considered to have been performed and will not be refunded, nor postponed. If the first postponement is also cancelled, the organiser may propose a second postponement date. After this second date, the show will be cancelled and tickets will be refunded by Starticket.
In case of postponement, the ticket is only valid for the postponement date of this show. No tickets will be refunded in case of postponement.
