Les organisateurs, en collaboration avec MétéoSuisse, ont tout essayé durant la journée afin d’assurer le spectacle. Malheureusement, nous sommes contraints de reporter le spectacle d’aujourd’hui au 31 juillet à 11h00. Avec nos excuses les plus sincères.

Le cortège cantonal et le Cortège des Confréries Bachiques auront lieu à 17h00. La Parade de Feu démarrera à 22h00 depuis la Rue de la Gare.

Vous n’êtes pas en mesure d’assister à la représentation à la date de report ?

Les billets pour la Fête des Vignerons 2019 acquis via la plateforme Starticket vous proposent d’acquérir en sus au prix de CHF 3.- une couverture assurance d’Allianz Global Assistance. Si vous en êtes bénéficiaires, vous pouvez formuler une demande de remboursement auprès de l’Allianz Assurance pour les cas assurés listés ci-dessous (s’ils étaient déjà connus à la date d’annonce du report).

• Convocation administrative : si l’ayant droit reçoit une convocation du tribunal en tant que témoin ou juré. La convocation au tribunal doit empêcher la présence à la manifestation.
• Service militaire et protection civile : si l’ayant droit ne peut pas assister à la manifestation en raison d’une convocation au service militaire ou à la protection civile.
• Vacances : si l’ayant droit ne peut pas assister à la manifestation en raison de vacances déjà réservées.
• Événement professionnel : si l’ayant droit ne peut pas assister à la manifestation en raison d’un événement professionnel planifié.
• Mariage : si l’ayant droit ne peut pas assister à la manifestation en raison d’une invitation à un mariage.

Veuillez prendre note que chaque demande de remboursement pour les cas d’assurance doit être justifiable.

Mit erworbenen Eintrittskarten für die „Fête des Vignerons 2019 (Winzerfest) über die Starticket-Plattform, können Sie zusätzlich zum Preis von CHF 3.- einen Versicherungsschutz der Allianz Global Assistance bekommen. Wenn Sie Begünstigter sind, können Sie bei der Allianz Versicherung einen Erstattungsanspruch für die unten aufgeführten Versicherungsfälle geltend machen (sofern sie zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung des Berichts bereits bekannt waren):

• Behördliche Vorladung: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person eine Vorladung als Zeuge oder Geschworener vor Gericht erhält. Der Gerichtstermin muss den Besuch der Veranstaltung verhindern.
• Militär- und Zivilschutz: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person die Veranstaltung aufgrund der Absolvierung des Militär- oder Zivilschutzes nicht besuchen kann.
• Ferien: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person die Veranstaltung aufgrund von bereits gebuchten Ferien nicht besuchen kann.
• Geschäftlicher Anlass: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person die Veranstaltung aufgrund eines geplanten geschäftlichen Anlasses nicht besuchen kann.
• Hochzeit: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person die Veranstaltung aufgrund einer Einladung zu einem Hochzeitanlass nicht besuchen kann.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass jeder Anspruch auf Rückerstattung mit Versicherung berechtigt sein muss.

The Fête des Vignerons show which was supposed to take place July 28th must be postponed due to the meteo. The new date is July 31, at 11 am.

You are unable to attend the performance at the postponement date?

When you purchase a ticket for the Fête des Vignerons 2019 on Starticket.ch, you get asked if you want to purchase an Allianz Global Assistance insurance, for CHF 3.-. If you have one, you can ask for a refund to Allianz Assurance for the following circumstances (if they were known before the postponement was announced):

• Official summons: If the entitled person receives a summons to appear as a witness or member of the jury in court. The court date will inevitably prevent attendance at the event.
• Military service and civil protection: If the entitled person cannot attend the event because of military service or civil protection duties.
• Holidays: If the entitled person cannot attend the event because of a previously booked holiday.
• Business event: If the entitled person cannot attend the event because of a scheduled business event.
• Marriage: If the entitled person cannot attend the event due to a wedding invitation

Please take into consideration that each refund request must be accompanied by a supporting document.

Lo spettacolo della Fête des Vignerons del 28 luglio è posticipato, a causa delle condizioni meteorologiche, al 31 Iuglio alle ore 11.00.

Non avete la possibilità di assistere allo spettacolo alla data di rinvio prevista?

Per i biglietti della Fête des Vignerons 2019, acquistati tramite la piattaforma Starticket, è in vigore la possibilità di acquistare la copertura assicurativa Allianz Global Assistance ad un costo aggiuntivo di CHF 3.-. In tal caso, si può richiedere il rimborso ad Allianz Assurance per i casi assicurativi elencati qui sotto (se erano già noti alla data in cui è stato annunciato il rinvio).

• Convocazione amministrativa : Se l’avente diritto riceve una convocazione dal tribunale in qualità di testimone o giurato. La convocazione presso il tribunale deve impedire la presenza alla manifestazione.
• Servizio militare e protezione civile: Se l’avente diritto non può assistere alla manifestazione a causa di una convocazione al servizio militare o alla protezione civile.
• Vacanze : Se l’avente diritto non può assistere alla manifestazione a causa di vacanze già riservate.
• Impegni professionali : Se l’avente diritto non può assistere alla manifestazione a causa di un impegno professionale pianificato.
• Matrimonio : Se l’avente diritto non può assistere alla manifestazione a causa di un invito ad un matrimonio.

Si prega di notare che ogni richiesta di rimborso assicurativo deve essere giustificabile.
