Le spectacle de la Fête des Vignerons du 27 juillet à 21h00 est reporté pour des raisons météorologiques, au samedi 3 août à 11h00.

Le cortège de la Confrérie prévu à 15h00 est également annulé, mais les animations de la Ville en Fête continuent.

Les billets restent valables pour cette nouvelle date du spectacle, merci de vous présenter aux entrées munis de votre billet initial.

Le programme complet est à consulter chaque jour sur l’application FeVi 2019 | RTS.

Si le premier report devait être à son tour reporté, une deuxième date sera annoncée. Au-delà de cette deuxième date, le spectacle sera annulé et les billets seront remboursés par Starticket.

Vous n’êtes pas en mesure d’assister à la représentation à la date de report ?

Les billets pour la Fête des Vignerons 2019 acquis via la plateforme Starticket vous proposent d’acquérir en sus au prix de CHF 3.- une couverture assurance d’Allianz Global Assistance. Si vous en êtes bénéficiaires, vous pouvez formuler une demande de remboursement auprès de l’Allianz Assurance pour les cas assurés listés ci-dessous (s’ils étaient déjà connus à la date d’annonce du report).

• Convocation administrative : si l’ayant droit reçoit une convocation du tribunal en tant que témoin ou juré. La convocation au tribunal doit empêcher la présence à la manifestation.
• Service militaire et protection civile : si l’ayant droit ne peut pas assister à la manifestation en raison d’une convocation au service militaire ou à la protection civile.
• Vacances : si l’ayant droit ne peut pas assister à la manifestation en raison de vacances déjà réservées.
• Événement professionnel : si l’ayant droit ne peut pas assister à la manifestation en raison d’un événement professionnel planifié.
• Mariage : si l’ayant droit ne peut pas assister à la manifestation en raison d’une invitation à un mariage.

Veuillez prendre note que chaque demande de remboursement pour les cas d’assurance doit être justifiable.

Die Show vom 27. Juli um 21 Uhr bei der Fête des Vignerons wird wegen die Wetterbedingungen verschoben. Der Zeitplan der Verschiebung ist am 3. August um 11h erstellt.

Die Prozession der Bruderschaft, die um 15:00 Uhr stattfindet, ist ebenfalls abgesagt. Die Feierlichkeiten der Stadt (“Ville de Fête”) dauern den ganzen Tag.

Die Billette behalten für den Nachholtermin ihre Gültigkeit. Bitte stellen Sie sich vor am Eingang mit Ihren ersten Eintrittskarte.

Das komplette Programm ist jeden Tag auf der App FeVi 2019 | RTS abrufbar. Eine Aufführung kann maximal zweimal verschoben werden. Sollte auch der zweite Nachholtermin abgesagt werden müssen, fällt die Aufführung aus, und die Billette werden von Starticket erstattet.

Sie können zum neuen Termin nicht an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen?

Mit erworbenen Eintrittskarten für die „Fête des Vignerons 2019 (Winzerfest) über die Starticket-Plattform, können Sie zusätzlich zum Preis von CHF 3.- einen Versicherungsschutz der Allianz Global Assistance bekommen. Wenn Sie Begünstigter sind, können Sie bei der Allianz Versicherung einen Erstattungsanspruch für die unten aufgeführten Versicherungsfälle geltend machen (sofern sie zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung des Berichts bereits bekannt waren):

• Behördliche Vorladung: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person eine Vorladung als Zeuge oder Geschworener vor Gericht erhält. Der Gerichtstermin muss den Besuch der Veranstaltung verhindern.
• Militär- und Zivilschutz: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person die Veranstaltung aufgrund der Absolvierung des Militär- oder Zivilschutzes nicht besuchen kann.
• Ferien: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person die Veranstaltung aufgrund von bereits gebuchten Ferien nicht besuchen kann.
• Geschäftlicher Anlass: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person die Veranstaltung aufgrund eines geplanten geschäftlichen Anlasses nicht besuchen kann.
• Hochzeit: Wenn die anspruchsberechtigte Person die Veranstaltung aufgrund einer Einladung zu einem Hochzeitanlass nicht besuchen kann.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass jeder Anspruch auf Rückerstattung mit Versicherung berechtigt sein muss.

The Fête des Vignerons show which was supposed to take place July 27th at 9 pm must be postponed due to the meto. The new date is Saturday August 3, at 11 am.

The procession of the Confrérie at 3 pm is canceled, but the Ville en Fête activities are going on all day long.

The tickets are still available for the new date. You can present your actual ticket to the arena gates.

If the first postponed show should be postponed again, a second date will be announced. Beyond this second date, the show will be cancelled and the tickets reimbursed by Starticket.

You are unable to attend the performance at the postponement date?

When you purchase a ticket for the Fête des Vignerons 2019 on Starticket.ch, you get asked if you want to purchase an Allianz Global Assistance insurance, for CHF 3.-. If you have one, you can ask for a refund to Allianz Assurance for the following circumstances (if they were known before the postponement was announced):

• Official summons: If the entitled person receives a summons to appear as a witness or member of the jury in court. The court date will inevitably prevent attendance at the event.
• Military service and civil protection: If the entitled person cannot attend the event because of military service or civil protection duties.
• Holidays: If the entitled person cannot attend the event because of a previously booked holiday.
• Business event: If the entitled person cannot attend the event because of a scheduled business event.
• Marriage: If the entitled person cannot attend the event due to a wedding invitation

Please take into consideration that each refund request must be accompanied by a supporting document.
